HUMAN BONE MARROW CD34+ STEM CELLS
Human Bone Marrow CD34+ stem cells are isolated from bone marrow mononuclear cells by positive selection using CD34 immunomagnetic beads. Bone Marrow CD34+ cells contain stem and progenitor cells that give rise to many blood cell types.
All bone marrow is collected in heparin from fully consented IRB approved donors. Donors must test negative to HIV, HBV and HCV.
