Purity Confirmation

The protein was resolved by SDS-PAGE and the gel was stained with Coomassie blue.

Reconstitution Buffer Reconstitute at 10-50 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

Stability & Storage

Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. In general: 12 months from date of receipt, -20 to -80°C as supplied. 1 month, 2 to 8°C under sterile conditions after reconstitution. 3 months, -20 to -80°C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

 Protein Description

Recombinant Human Serum Albumin is produced in engineered human cells cultured in animal product and serum free chemically defined media. HSA has ultralow endotoxin and is ideal for use as a carrier protein in place of BSA.
