Protein Description
M-CSF (Macrophage Colony stimulating Factor) is a hematopoietic stem cell factor and produced by various cell types including lymphocytes, fibroblasts, endothelial cells, myoblasts, monocytes, and osteoblasts. It is involved in the proliferation, differentiation, and survival of monocytes, macrophages, and bone marrow progenitor cells. Recombinant human M-CSF is a 35-40 kDa homodimeric and glycosylated.
