Recommended Use Protocol
Before Use
- Bring kit components and supplied reconstitution buffer to room temperature before use.
- Reconstitute lyophilized components with the supplied buffer as directed in the kit insert.
- For the Starter Kit, reconstitute Components A, B, and C with 100 µL of the supplied reconstitution buffer each.
- Mix gently by pipetting. Do not vortex.
Standard Workflow
- Step 1 – MSC Preparation: Culture MSCs to approximately 70–80% confluency and replace with fresh medium.
- Step 2 – Component A: Add Component A to initiate MSC priming for 24 hours.
- Step 3 – Component B: Add Component B to enhance regenerative signaling and conditioning for 24 hours.
- Step 4 – Component C: Add Component C for functional modulation of exosome cargo for 24 hours.
- Step 5 – Exosome Collection: After 3–5 days of conditioning, collect the conditioned medium and isolate exosomes using your preferred workflow, such as ultracentrifugation, TFF, or SEC.

- Protocol optimization may be required depending on MSC source and application.
- Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles after reconstitution.
